Here, she played a crucial role in shaping HR operations and talent acquisition for leading news and radio platforms in the region, demonstrating strong business strategy alignment and operational excellence.

Prior to this, Gayatri spent over seven years at Asianet News Media And Entertainment Pvt Ltd, where she grew from Senior Executive to Lead, Human Resources. Earlier, she served as Executive, Human Resources at MMTv Ltd – Malayala Manorama Television, where she played a vital role in ramping up hiring and managing successful onboarding for new channel launches. Her early HR experience was further strengthened at SunTec Business Solutions, where she contributed to organizational development initiatives, white paper preparation, and HR process improvements.

Gayatri holds an MA in Personnel Management and Human Resources from the University of Kerala. Her comprehensive experience across television, radio, and digital media makes her uniquely positioned to lead HR strategy for The Mathrubhumi Group’s dynamic TRD Division.
