Bristol, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – C&C Group, a leading producer, distributor, and wholesaler of iconic beverages across the UK, Ireland, and North America, has appointed Georgina Collins as Head of Talent Development. In this strategic role, Georgina will spearhead talent growth, learning innovation, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen C&C Group’s people-first culture across its diverse operations.
Prior to joining C&C Group, Georgina Collins ran her own OD and leadership consulting firm, Collins Consulting UK, where she partnered with organizations across the UK to deliver transformational strategies in leadership development, organizational diagnostics, and business psychology. Her consultancy focused on unlocking growth and resilience through purpose-driven leadership and high-impact team development.
Before founding her consulting practice, Georgina held multiple leadership roles at Yeo Valley Production Ltd, most notably as Head of Transformation, where she led the company’s shift toward new operating models and behaviors during a period of enterprise-wide change. Earlier, as Head of Talent and Opportunity, she built the company’s L&D and recruitment strategy from the ground up, launching programs like “Learning for All,” a career pathway initiative, and a large-scale leadership curriculum co-designed with the MD.
Georgina also served as Head of Learning Academies and Talent Development Manager at Imperial Brands PLC, where she designed global academies for functions like Finance, HR, and Procurement, and led major upskilling and succession planning efforts. Her early experience spans respected organizations including Clarks, Swindon Borough Council, and Zurich Insurance, where she built foundational capabilities in behavioral frameworks, graduate programs, and performance enablement.
