San Diego, California, United States, April 2025 – Gina Levinson has taken on a new role as Director, Global Talent Management at pSemi, A Murata Company, where she will lead and evolve the company’s global talent strategy. Her responsibilities will include strengthening leadership development programs, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning talent initiatives with organizational growth worldwide.
Gina most recently served as Senior Manager and HR Business Partner at pSemi, where she led a team of HRBPs supporting all functional groups. Her focus was on driving strategic HR improvements, ensuring competitive compensation structures, and delivering impactful organizational development. She also managed occupational health and safety initiatives across the company.
Prior to that, Gina was a Senior HR Business Partner at pSemi, partnering with manufacturing and operations functions. She played a key role in supporting global restructures and aligning compensation strategies to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
Before joining pSemi, Gina spent nearly seven years at Hydranautics – A Nitto Group Company, where she held roles as Senior Global HR Manager and Senior HR Manager. There, she led global HR operations for a 400-employee organization, overseeing everything from talent acquisition and total rewards to compliance and payroll.
Earlier in her career, she held a long-standing role at Pall Corporation (now a Danaher Company), where she served as HR/EHS Manager for over 13 years. She began her HR leadership journey at Complex Tooling and Molding, gaining early experience in talent strategy and workforce development.
