New York, United States, September 2025 — Grace Lawler (Clark), SHRM-SCP has started a new position as Director of People and Culture at OS Studios. In this role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth, bringing with her over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience across diverse industries.
Before joining OS Studios, Grace served as Human Resources Manager at Project Worldwide, where she partnered with leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior to that, she worked with AprilAire as Human Resources Manager, driving initiatives in talent development and workforce engagement.
Earlier, Grace spent more than two years at Trek Bicycle, contributing to HR operations and employee relations. She also served as HR Business Partner at Engineered Glass Products and as HR Generalist at Guardian Industries, where she focused on talent management, compliance, and HR process optimization. Her career began with roles at Colony Brands, Inc. as HR Coordinator and at Coffee Hound, where she built early experience in customer service and team collaboration.
