Atlanta, Georgia, United States, July 2024 – Grant Studdard has started a new position as Vice President of Human Resources at Halocarbon. In this role, Grant will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions and strategies to support the company’s growth and development.
Before joining Halocarbon, Grant held several HR roles at Mohawk Industries over nearly four years, most recently as Director of Human Resources. He led various HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and organizational development. His tenure at Mohawk also included roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, where he contributed to talent management and HR operations.
Grant also worked at Advance Auto Parts as a Human Resources Generalist for over two years, focusing on employee relations and HR practices. He began his HR career at BIOWORLD Merchandising as a Human Resources Coordinator and gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ontic, where he supported recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations functions.
