Wooster, Ohio, United States, June 2024 – Gregg MacQueen has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer at Santmyer Companies, Inc., bringing a wealth of experience in finance, accounting, and business process improvement to the role. He will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the company, contributing to its continued growth and success.

Gregg MacQueen joins Santmyer Companies, Inc. from Coen Oil Company, LLC, where he served as the Chief Financial and Administration Officer. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in managing cash flow forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, financial audits, treasury management, and IT management. Before this role, Gregg held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Coen Oil Company, LLC, where he was instrumental in driving financial strategy and operations for over five years.

Prior to Coen Oil, Gregg served as the Chief Accounting Officer – Technology at BNY Mellon, where he managed global accounting processes for the technology sector and was responsible for monthly close processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies. He also held significant leadership roles at DynaVox Systems, LLC as the Director of Finance, where he supported the company’s IPO transition and managed corporate treasury and risk management.

Earlier in his career, Gregg served as the Divisional CFO at Veolia Water for two business units of the $18 billion engineering and construction company. His responsibilities included managing accounting, bonding, insurance, IT, treasury, and tax. He also held various finance and accounting roles at Hudson, US Foodservice, General Nutrition Centers, Inc, Grant Thornton, CONSOL Energy, and EY.
