Brooke Del Solar Appointed as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Johnson Law Group

Houston, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Brooke Del Solar has joined Johnson Law Group as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In her new leadership role, Brooke will oversee the firm’s global hiring strategies, scale its legal and operational talent acquisition initiatives, and play a pivotal role in building high-performance teams across locations in the U.S. and the U.K.

Brooke brings nearly a decade of strategic talent acquisition experience to her new role. Most recently, she spent close to four years at TalentoHC, where she served in multiple leadership roles, including Market Director and Director of Customer Experience & Development. During this time, she led business development and recruitment across diverse sectors and championed client success through strategic delivery, consulting, and team enablement.

Prior to this, she served as Director of Recruitment at Morgan & Morgan, where she built the talent acquisition function from scratch. Under her leadership, the firm successfully hired nearly 2,000 legal and support professionals and significantly reduced attrition. Brooke also initiated executive search capabilities, introduced talent assessment tools, and scaled operations nationwide.

Earlier in her career, Brooke gained agency experience at Aerotek, where she excelled in recruitment and account management for over four years. She was recognized as Rookie of the Year and became Central Florida’s top account breaker, further solidifying her reputation as a recruitment leader with a track record of delivering impact.
