Gandhali Mahajan Elevated as Head – Talent Management, Learning & Development at Sony Pictures Networks India

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Gandhali Mahajan has been elevated to the role of Head – Talent Management, Learning & Development at Sony Pictures Networks India, in addition to continuing her leadership charter for the organization’s growing digital business, SonyLIV. In this expanded role, she will focus on accelerating internal talent growth, enabling future-ready capabilities, and strengthening the organization’s talent ecosystem.

Gandhali Mahajan is currently serving as Vice President – HR at Sony Pictures Networks India, where she plays a key role in driving HR strategy and supporting the growth of the digital business. Her elevation reflects her strong impact in aligning people strategy with business transformation, particularly in the evolving media and OTT landscape.

Prior to joining Sony Pictures Networks India, she served as Deputy General Manager – CoE (Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning) at Endurance Technologies Ltd., where she led key HR transformation initiatives across talent management and capability building.

Earlier, she spent over four years with Whirlpool Corporation, where she held leadership roles including Senior HR Manager – HRBP & Talent Acquisition. During this time, she led HRBP, talent acquisition, and learning functions for the India Global Capability Center, while also driving diversity & inclusion and engagement initiatives across APAC.

Her career also includes a stint as Lead HR Business Partner at Kimberly-Clark Professional, and nearly seven years with Bosch India, where she held multiple roles across HR and business leadership, including Talent Management, Learning & Development, and even marketing leadership in e-commerce and product segments.

She began her professional journey with DSCL Limited, gaining foundational experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across India.
