Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 2026 – Srikanth Akkiraju has been appointed as Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, marking a significant milestone in his global technology and transformation leadership journey. In this role, he will work closely with Fortune 500 organizations to drive large-scale business transformation, reimagining how enterprises operate in an AI-driven, agentic future.
Srikanth Akkiraju joins ServiceNow with extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise IT, and global technology leadership. In his new role, he is focused on enabling organizations to rethink operating models, leveraging AI-driven customer engagement and autonomous enterprise capabilities to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Prior to this, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Philips, including Global Chief Information Officer – Commercial and Global Chief Digital & Information Officer – Healthcare Informatics Business. During his tenure, he led large-scale global digital transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA transformation, AI-driven initiatives, and enterprise-wide technology modernization, while managing global teams and significant P&L responsibilities.
He also served as Global Head of Data & Analytics (CDO) and Global Head of IT Software & Solutions at Philips, where he drove enterprise data strategies, built advanced analytics capabilities, and delivered high-impact transformation programs across global business units.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Accenture as a Manager – IT Strategy, Infrastructure & Security, leading complex transformation and compliance programs for global clients. He began his professional journey in technology roles at University of Twente and AU-KBC Research Center, building strong expertise in information security, data systems, and network technologies.
Srikanth holds an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master’s degree in Wireless Communications from the University of Leeds.
