Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, April 2025 – Kapil Singh has been appointed as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Metacube Software Pvt Ltd, marking a significant milestone in his HR leadership journey. In this new role, Kapil will spearhead global talent acquisition strategies and drive hiring operations across India, the US, the UK, and LATAM regions, with a continued focus on innovation, technology enhancement, and elevating candidate experience.
Kapil has been an integral part of Metacube Software Pvt Ltd for the past seven years, where he has led the talent acquisition function as Head – Talent Acquisition. During this time, he has played a pivotal role in aligning hiring strategies with business expansion, fostering stakeholder partnerships, and integrating social media-driven talent engagement and advanced recruitment technologies.
Prior to joining Metacube, Kapil worked with Cognizant for over four years as Talent Acquisition Senior Lead, where he managed digital hiring across seven Indian locations and supported U.S.-based talent needs. His role involved working closely with leadership teams to deliver top-tier talent across levels, from associates to vice presidents, in the Digital Practice Group.
Earlier in his career, Kapil spent over four years with HCL Technologies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, primarily focusing on the OEM & ERS group. He was responsible for strategic sourcing through social platforms, job boards, and location-specific talent strategies, particularly within the Networking and Datacom domains.
Kapil began his career at Ripples Infolink Pvt. Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where he not only honed his development skills on LAMP stack technologies but also stepped into recruitment, handling end-to-end hiring in a startup environment. This early cross-functional experience laid a strong foundation for his transition into strategic HR leadership.
