Eugene, Oregon, United States, January 2025 – Gregory Lewis has been appointed as the Director of People and Culture at Yogi, a company dedicated to enhancing well-being through its natural and organic products. In this new role, Gregory will lead Yogi’s human resources initiatives, focusing on fostering a collaborative culture and driving organizational growth from the company’s Eugene headquarters.
Gregory brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership to his new role at Yogi. Most recently, he served as Human Resources Director at Warn Industries, where he led an HR team supporting four manufacturing plants across the United States. During his five-year tenure, Gregory spearheaded key initiatives, including leading HR efforts for three acquisitions, designing a Core Leadership training curriculum, and navigating the organization’s COVID-19 response without layoffs.

Prior to Warn Industries, Gregory was Vice President of Human Resources at Valence Surface Technologies, where he provided HR leadership across 10 facilities, overseeing a team of 12 professionals. Notably, he implemented the Ultipro HRIS system, streamlining HR operations and enhancing process efficiency. Earlier in his career, Gregory held senior HR roles at C.H. Guenther & Son and Southern Poverty Law Center, where he developed HR strategies that improved organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Gregory also served as Director of Human Resources at Bodycote Thermal Processing, managing HR operations across multiple continents. His contributions included implementing global HR strategies, harmonizing policies across locations, and developing comprehensive training programs to support scalability and growth.
