Austin, Texas, United States, January 2026 — Netwrix Corporation has promoted Sasha Yendle to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO), recognizing her strong leadership and expanding strategic contributions to the organization’s global people agenda. In her new position, Sasha will serve as a key strategic partner to business leadership, focusing on initiatives that elevate talent, drive business growth, and enable Netwrix to scale effectively as it strengthens its market position in data and identity security.
Sasha has been with Netwrix Corporation for over one year, most recently serving as Vice President, Global HR, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy and execution across a distributed and global workforce. Her work has been closely aligned with shaping people practices and organizational capabilities that support business expansion, talent development, and scalable operating models—critical enablers for high-growth technology organizations.
Before joining Netwrix, Sasha spent nearly eight years at Quest Software, where she progressed through senior HR leadership roles including Global HRBP Senior Director and Global HR Business Partner. During this period, she partnered closely with global business leaders, supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership development, talent strategy, and HR business partnering for complex, global teams.
Earlier in her career, Sasha built strong foundations in HR business partnering at Dell Technologies, serving as Global HR Business Partner and supporting teams within the Dell Software Group. She also held HR roles at ADP, further expanding her exposure to structured HR processes, talent practices, and operational execution.
Sasha’s earlier professional experience includes significant HR leadership at CGGVeritas, where she held responsibilities as Global HR Manager and later HR Supervisor/Generalist. In these roles, she supported large international employee groups, contributed to workforce integration during a merger, led talent acquisition campaigns for new operations, and implemented retention and performance initiatives. She began her HR journey at Enron as a Human Resources Analyst, participating in a rotational program that provided broad exposure across HR disciplines including performance management and organizational team structures.
