BRADENTON, Fla., USA, May 2024 — CoAdvantage, a premier national provider of strategic human resource solutions for small to mid-sized businesses and one of the largest privately held Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) in the United States, today announced the appointment of Nicholas Kapiotis as Chief Legal Officer, effective June 3, 2024.

Nicholas Kapiotis transitions back to CoAdvantage from his role as General Counsel at the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where he was instrumental in shaping legislative and regulatory frameworks for the PEO industry. During his tenure since 2019, he has been actively involved with key federal agencies including the IRS, the Department of Treasury, and the Department of Labor, ensuring compliance and advocacy for PEO interests. With over a decade of legal expertise in the PEO sector, including a previous stint at CoAdvantage in 2018, Kapiotis is well-prepared to lead the legal strategies of the company during a pivotal growth period.
