Federated Hermes Appoints Kimberly Craver as Global Head of Human Resources

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, August 2026 — Federated Hermes has appointed Kimberly Craver as Global Head of Human Resources, succeeding Dolores Dudiak, who is retiring after an exceptional 41-year career with the firm.

Kimberly joins Federated Hermes from Reed Smith LLP, where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer. In that role, she led the firm’s global people strategy, talent management, leadership development, and human resources operations. Prior to becoming CHRO, she served as Director of Legal Personnel, overseeing attorney talent, professional development, and workforce planning. As Global Head of Human Resources at Federated Hermes, Kimberly will lead the firm’s global people strategy, supporting the next phase of growth for one of the world’s leading investment managers.

Before transitioning into executive HR leadership, Kimberly built an accomplished legal career specializing in employment and labor law. She served as Senior Counsel – Employment & Labor Relations at Westinghouse Electric Company and Counsel – Labor & Employment at GE Transportation. Earlier in her career, she was an Associate and Partner at Reed Smith LLP, following legal positions at Eckert Seamans and Cohen & Grigsby, P.C., where she advised organizations on employment, labor, and workplace matters.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she was inducted into the prestigious Order of the Coif, recognizing outstanding academic achievement in legal studies.

Her appointment underscores Federated Hermes’ commitment to strengthening its global people strategy as the organization continues to expand its investment management capabilities and support clients worldwide.
