In her new role, she will focus on strengthening people practices, building talent capabilities, and driving a holistic approach to employee wellbeing and development, aligned with Graysons’ growth in the co-living and student accommodation space.
Prior to stepping into this role at Graysons Properties, Gungun Sehgal worked as a Wellbeing Consultant, supporting organizations in enhancing employee wellness, mental health, and engagement frameworks, reflecting her strong commitment to people-centric organizational development.
She has also been serving as Director at LEGEND ENTERPRISES UK LTD for over a decade, where she has built deep expertise in customer engagement, relationship management, and business leadership, contributing to long-term organizational growth.
Her experience further includes multiple roles as a Mental Health Counselor, including with NECS, Citizens Advice, and Idos Health & Wellbeing CIC, where she supported individuals through counselling and crisis intervention, reinforcing her strengths in empathy-driven leadership and people development.
Additionally, she has contributed as a Wellness Consultant across organizations such as Sweeney Miller Law and Physiotherapy Matters Limited, helping embed wellbeing-led workplace practices.
With a strong foundation in mental health, coaching, and organizational wellbeing, Gungun Sehgal brings a differentiated perspective to HR leadership, integrating people development with holistic wellbeing strategies.
