United States, February 2026 – Serial entrepreneur Gurbaksh Chahal has launched AuraOne, stepping into the role of Founder & CEO, with a bold vision to build the operating system for high-stakes AI.
AuraOne is positioned as an enterprise human-in-the-loop platform designed for regulated industries, helping organizations design, run, and scale AI evaluation and data programs with production-grade governance. The platform unifies sourcing, interviewing, quality control, compliance, and AI workflow orchestration—enabling teams to move from experimentation to deployment without compromising traceability, auditability, or resilience.
Gurbaksh brings a long-standing track record of building and scaling transformative technology companies. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Procurenet, where during the COVID-19 pandemic the company delivered over one billion syringes globally, supporting organizations such as PAHO, WHO, UNICEF, and multiple national governments. Earlier, he founded RadiumOne, later acquired by RhythmOne (now Nexxen, Nasdaq: NEXN), and BlueLithium, which was acquired by Yahoo for $300 million. His entrepreneurial journey began with ClickAgents (Conversant), acquired by ValueClick for $40 million.
Alongside his business ventures, Gurbaksh continues his philanthropic mission as Founder of the Chahal Foundation, focused on education, disaster relief, scholarships, and combating child trafficking across India, Africa, and beyond.
With AuraOne, he now aims to address one of the most pressing enterprise challenges of the AI era—ensuring governance, fairness, compliance, and operational scalability in AI deployment.
