Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 – Atain has appointed Gurjeet Singh as Global Talent Acquisition Head, reinforcing the company’s commitment to strengthening global hiring capabilities, AI-enabled recruitment transformation, and scalable workforce strategies across its expanding global delivery ecosystem.
In his new role, Gurjeet Singh will lead global talent acquisition strategies across more than 30 delivery centers, focusing on recruitment transformation, hiring efficiency, employer branding, and aligning human intelligence with AI-enabled talent practices. He will also play a strategic role in strengthening diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while supporting Atain’s continued global growth journey.
Prior to joining Atain, Gurjeet Singh spent more than seven years with Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, where he held key leadership roles including TA Function Head – India, UK & EU and Talent Acquisition Group Manager. During his tenure, he led large-scale hiring initiatives across BPS and technology functions, managed international and multilingual hiring programs, and drove low-cost recruitment channel strategies including employee referrals, campuses, NGOs, and digital hiring platforms.
Earlier, he served as Director – Talent Acquisition at IKS Health, where he led talent acquisition initiatives focused on technology, analytics, implementation, and healthcare services hiring. He managed teams responsible for building talent pipelines that supported large-scale healthcare and clinical support operations.
Before that, Gurjeet Singh worked with Concentrix as DGM Recruitment, overseeing volume hiring across western India and supporting multi-domain recruitment spanning telecom, BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, analytics, engineering, and technology functions. His role also involved managing RFP-based hiring and low-cost recruitment transformation initiatives.
His earlier career journey includes leadership positions with Edifecs as Manager – Talent Acquisition, iYogi as Manager – Recruitments, and Wipro Limited as Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, where he built extensive expertise across technology hiring, product engineering recruitment, shared services, compliance, vendor management, recruitment operations, and large-scale talent acquisition programs.
