Atlanta, Georgia, United States, January 2025 – Gwenetta Gossett Bullock has joined Floor & Decor as Vice President of Human Resources, where she will lead the HR function, focusing on aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, enhancing company culture, and implementing scalable HR infrastructure to support growth. With over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Gwenetta brings a wealth of knowledge in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to her new role.
Before joining Floor & Decor, Gwenetta served as Senior Director of Human Resources at the company, where she provided strategic leadership for non-store locations and partnered with senior leadership to enhance HR processes and policies.

Prior to that, she dedicated over 23 years to The Home Depot, holding various leadership positions, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Director of Human Resources, where she developed and executed HR strategies across large regions, spearheaded talent management initiatives, and facilitated organizational change.
In her earlier roles at The Home Depot, Gwenetta served as Region Director of Human Resources and District/Region Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR support for multiple stores and overseeing initiatives related to associate engagement and workforce development. Her career began as a Store Human Resources Manager/Associate Development Supervisor, where she honed her expertise in recruitment, talent planning, and employee relations.
