Singapore, April 2025 – Hannah O’Brien has been appointed as Global Head of Talent at NOVA8, a rapidly growing Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Hannah will lead the company’s global talent strategy, supporting its continued expansion by driving scalable, tech-enabled hiring solutions and fostering a high-performance talent ecosystem.
Before joining NOVA8, Hannah O’Brien served as Head of Early Careers at Gravita, a private equity-backed tech-enabled accounting firm in the UK. There, she developed and led early careers strategy, oversaw multiple training programs, and enabled strong progression pathways for trainees and associates across the business.
Prior to Gravita, Hannah held several progressively senior talent roles over five and a half years at GoCardless, a global fintech company. She played a key role in scaling the company from 150 to 850 employees, eventually serving as Global Talent Acquisition Manager, where she led teams of global talent partners and designed long-term recruitment strategies aligned with the business’s explosive growth.
Earlier, Hannah gained deep recruitment experience at Winton Capital Management and Bain & Company, where she worked in senior recruiting roles. She began her career at FreshMinds as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, laying the foundation for a strong career in talent acquisition and people development.
