Milsbeek, Netherlands, May 2025 — Hanneke Majoor has stepped into the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at CNC HOLDING BV, bringing with her a wealth of experience in human resources leadership, transformation, and organizational strategy.
A seasoned HR leader with nearly three decades of experience across various industries, Hanneke joins CNC HOLDING BV after leading her own consultancy, Major Projects – Future Proof Human Capital, for over eight years. In this role, she provided tailored HR solutions to numerous organizations, covering strategic workforce planning, talent management, organizational restructuring, leadership development, and culture transformation. She served as a trusted advisor and interim HR executive, offering expert guidance in navigating complex HR challenges.
Prior to this, Hanneke held significant interim and permanent roles across renowned organizations. She served as HR Director a.i. at Zig, managing post-takeover integration efforts and leading the HR team. At NEP The Netherlands, she was HR Director a.i., overseeing HR operations during a critical phase of the organization. Her experience also includes leading HR roles at IGM Resins, MyMicro Group B.V., Welkoop, and HEMA, where she drove initiatives in transition management, cultural change, and HR professionalization.
Earlier in her career, Hanneke held senior HR leadership positions at companies like Goossens wonen & slapen, where she managed large-scale reorganizations, and WPM Groep. Her tenure also includes impactful roles at VODW Marketing, PinkRoccade, and Start Uitzendbureau, where she shaped HR strategies, managed corporate projects, and led performance-focused HR initiatives.
At CNC HOLDING BV, Hanneke will spearhead the People & Culture agenda, aligning HR strategy with the organization’s vision to deliver top-quality growing substrates and services to the European mushroom market. Her focus will include nurturing a purpose-driven culture, enhancing leadership capability, and supporting CNC’s commitment to operational excellence across its Netherlands and Poland locations.
