Rochester, New York, United States, August 2025 — Harsha Landen, SPHR has taken on the role of Vice President, Human Resources at IDEX Health & Science, LLC, marking a significant step in her distinguished career as a senior HR leader with deep expertise in global talent strategy, organizational design, and transformation.
Prior to this appointment, Harsha was part of IDEX Corporation, where she served as HR leader for the Pneumatics Platform. In this capacity, she led workforce engagement strategies, spearheaded talent initiatives, and oversaw a global HR team. Her contributions were instrumental in aligning organizational goals with talent and people strategies to support sustainable growth.
Before joining IDEX, she served as Senior HR Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific, following its acquisition of PPD. There, she led HR for the Analytical Services Division (ASD), focusing on bioanalytical, vaccines, and central lab functions. She successfully led a global HR team, expanded operations into Europe and APAC, and spearheaded a global organizational redesign that significantly improved productivity and reduced expenses. She also played a pivotal role in the Workday integration and was the co-executive sponsor of the Asian-Pacific Islander Business Resource Group, promoting inclusion and engagement.
Earlier, Harsha held the position of Regional Human Resources Director at Quest Diagnostics, where she managed HR operations for a $1.5B region, covering over 4,000 employees. Her responsibilities included leading transformative organizational design efforts and optimizing talent assessment frameworks to support best-in-class laboratory operations.
Her longest stint was with BD, where she spent over 11 years in progressive leadership roles including Senior HR Director for Global Quality, Marketing, Law Group, Communications, and for the Diabetes Care business. She led HR efforts across multiple geographies including EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America, and played key roles in M&A, strategic workforce planning, and global team development across several business units.
