Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 2025 – Hasnain Rajkotwala has joined InZone as the Head of Human Resources, bringing with him over a decade of diverse experience in HR leadership roles across India, the UK, and the UAE. In his new position, Hasnain will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent development initiatives, and organizational culture efforts to support InZone’s continued growth as a leading business setup service provider in the region.
Before joining InZone, Hasnain served as People and Culture Manager at VAI Marketing Management, where he led HR transformation initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR analytics, and strategic workforce planning. He also played a pivotal role in building a high-performance, inclusive work culture in a dynamic marketing environment.

Previously, he was Human Resources Business Partner at VAI, where he supported HR operations for fast-scaling fintech and startup clients. Prior to that, he held senior roles in India, including Senior AVP – HR at UTI Mutual Fund, where he drove large-scale performance evaluation systems, compensation benchmarking, and decentralized hiring frameworks.
Earlier in his career, Hasnain worked as Senior Manager – HRBP at IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd, where he led key projects in M&A, L&D digitization, and HRMS implementation. He also spent over five years at Danaher Corporation, taking on progressively senior roles and managing HR operations for over 20 operating companies in India.
