In this capacity, Finn will lead global HR transformation initiatives, oversee shared services, and drive strategic people programs across Costa’s international network, aligning with the company’s continued global growth.
Finn has been with Costa Coffee for nearly nine years, most recently serving as Global Director of People Partnering, where she led international people partnering teams, strengthened talent engagement, and inspired team members across multiple markets. Before this, she was Global Head of Reward, designing and implementing Costa’s reward strategy to align employee experience with business objectives and growth ambitions.
