Addison, IL, United States, September 2025 – HSG LASER, a global leader in laser cutting and metal shaping technology, has appointed Heather Di Salvo Jenkins as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Jenkins will spearhead HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, manage human capital and administrative functions, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with labor regulations—all aimed at enhancing workforce effectiveness and employee engagement across the company.
Jenkins most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources – Fedrigoni US, where she spent nearly five years establishing HR structures to support growth and integration. She successfully built the HR Shared Service Structure for U.S. entities, integrated more than 200 employees through acquisitions, implemented a new HRIS system, and negotiated a benefits platform that generated significant cost savings while improving employee support.
Before Fedrigoni, Jenkins spent over 16 years at GPA, where she advanced from HR Manager to Vice President of Human Resources. During this period, she led strategic reorganizations, implemented workforce planning initiatives, and oversaw compliance across global policies and procedures. Her leadership included managing immigration, litigation, and HR strategy for production and corporate functions, further solidifying her expertise in building high-performance cultures.
Earlier in her career, Jenkins served as HR Generalist at Canon Business Solutions and gained foundational HR experience at organizations including House of Blues. Across these roles, she managed employee lifecycle processes, compensation, benefits, compliance reporting, and performance management systems, building her reputation as a versatile and people-focused HR leader.
