Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States, February 2025 – Heather Fuller has joined HoganTaylor LLP as Chief People Officer, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience in talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development. In her new role, she will be responsible for enhancing HoganTaylor’s people strategy, strengthening leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.
Before joining HoganTaylor LLP, Heather spent nearly 18 years at State Farm, where she served as an HR Representative. In this role, she played a key part in talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and organizational change. She was instrumental in guiding major restructuring initiatives, tracking over 1,200 employees, and supporting transitions related to early retirement, relocations, and severance programs. Her efforts in employee engagement strategies and HR analytics helped drive higher retention and satisfaction rates across the company.
Earlier in her career at State Farm, Heather worked as an HR Specialist, where she focused on recruitment, workforce planning, and leadership coaching. She was responsible for enhancing the hiring process, improving benefits communication, and driving performance improvements across underwriting teams. Her contributions to streamlining HR processes and refining leadership development programs positioned her as a key player in workforce optimization and employee experience enhancement.
Heather started her HR career at State Farm as an HR Assistant, where she successfully completed HR training programs and rapidly advanced within the organization. Prior to transitioning into HR, she held roles as a Fire Claims Representative at State Farm and as a Training & Project Specialist at Greenbush Education Service Center, further developing her skills in employee training, project execution, and process improvement.
With her strong background in human resources, strategic planning, and business transformation, Heather is well-equipped to lead HoganTaylor LLP’s HR strategy and people initiatives.
