Mainland, Pennsylvania, USA – October 2024 – Heather M. Daiello has taken on the role of Director, Human Resources Operations at Accupac, located in Mainland, PA. In this new position, Heather will lead HR operational strategies and initiatives, ensuring the seamless alignment of HR processes with the company’s overall business objectives. Her focus will be on driving a culture of engagement, compliance, and innovation across Accupac’s hybrid work environment.
Prior to joining Accupac, Heather served as a Senior Human Resources Manager for Regal Rexnord for over 1 year, where she was instrumental in developing talent management frameworks and enhancing employee engagement. She also served as an HR Business Partner at Regal Rexnord, working on various HR initiatives including performance management and leadership development.
Heather’s earlier experience includes almost 10 years at TE Connectivity, where she held several HR roles, such as HR Global Project Manager and HR Business Partner. During her time at TE Connectivity, she was pivotal in implementing global HR projects, fostering workforce development, and driving HR operational improvements.
Heather began her career in HR as an HR Generalist in a rotation program at TE Connectivity and held roles as an Executive Assistant to senior HR leadership. These roles enabled her to build a strong foundation in HR operations, strategic planning, and employee engagement.
