Seattle, Washington, USA, May 2024 – Heather Ooms has recently joined Sono Bello as the Vice President of Enterprise Learning and Talent Development. In her new role, Heather will oversee the company’s learning initiatives and talent development strategies, focusing on enhancing employee capabilities and driving organizational growth.
Heather’s most recent role was at EssenceMediacom as the Director of Talent Development / Capability & Learning. During her tenure, she led talent development initiatives and learning programs, contributing to the company’s growth and employee skill enhancement.
Before EssenceMediacom, Heather served as the Head of Learning and Development, North America at Soho House & Co. Her responsibilities included designing and implementing learning strategies to support the organization’s expansion and employee engagement across North America.
Heather also held the position of National Education Manager at Urban Decay Cosmetics, where she managed national training programs and developed educational content to enhance the skills of the sales teams.
Prior to her tenure at Urban Decay, Heather spent nearly ten years at SEPHORA as a Senior Education Manager. She was responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that improved customer experience and boosted sales performance.
