Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas, United States, January 2026 — Heather Reynolds has started a new role as Interim Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Claritev, where she will lead the company’s global talent acquisition strategy with a focus on executive hiring, employer branding, and scalable recruiting transformation across regions.
In her new role, Reynolds will oversee global talent acquisition operations, executive recruiting, and onboarding initiatives, supporting Claritev’s growth as a healthcare technology and data insights organization. She brings deep expertise in global recruiting strategy, leadership hiring, DE&I-driven talent programs, and recruitment transformation across complex, multinational environments.
Prior to joining Claritev, Heather Reynolds served as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at MoneyGram International, where she was hired post-acquisition to lead global talent strategy and execution across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and APAC. During her tenure, she led large-scale recruitment transformation initiatives, significantly reduced time-to-hire, strengthened leadership pipelines, and elevated employer branding in close partnership with executive leadership teams.
Before MoneyGram, Reynolds held senior global talent leadership roles at Finastra, where she led executive search and global recruiting strategy, and at L3 Technologies, where she served in a dual leadership role spanning human resources and talent acquisition, supporting enterprise-wide transformation and merger integration efforts. Her earlier career includes leadership positions at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, Vodafone, Avon, Yodle, and Clearwire, where she built and scaled global recruiting functions across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
