Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Heeresh Girdhar has been appointed Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at VCL Group, marking a significant milestone in his career as an HR leader with a strong background in construction, infrastructure, and global operations. With over 15 years of HR leadership experience across India and international markets, Heeresh brings deep expertise in workforce strategy, compliance, talent acquisition, and expatriate management.
Prior to joining VCL Group in November 2025, Heeresh was Head of Human Resources at Swadeshi Civil Infrastructure, where he led HR operations for more than three years. His tenure was characterized by strategic policy development, leadership hiring, and driving transformation within a dynamic construction environment.
Heeresh has also held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at iSON BPO, where he managed global HR compliance and expat operations across 12 countries, reporting directly to the Global CHRO. Earlier in his career, he made significant contributions as HR Leader at Arabtec Construction, where he led Indian operations and recruited over 2500 blue-collar professionals for Gulf projects while establishing critical HR frameworks and administrative systems.
At VCL Group, Heeresh is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing HR strategies that align with the organization’s legacy of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, including defense, residential, and airport developments. His ability to bridge operational HR with compliance and performance management will further strengthen the company’s workforce excellence.
