Reinach, Basel-Country, Switzerland, April 2026 – Helena Svensson has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Endress+Hauser Group, marking a significant leadership addition as the organization continues to strengthen its global people strategy and transformation agenda.
In her new role, Helena Svensson will lead the company’s global HR function, focusing on driving talent strategy, advancing HR transformation, and strengthening organizational capability across its international operations. Her appointment underscores Endress+Hauser’s commitment to building a future-ready workforce aligned with its innovation and growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Endress+Hauser Group, Helena Svensson served as Vice President Human Resources International at ACCO Brands, where she led HR strategy across multiple regions including EMEA, ANZ, and APAC, supporting a global portfolio of consumer and business products.
Earlier, she held the role of Vice President Human Resources EMEA at ACCO Brands, driving regional HR initiatives and strengthening talent and organizational capabilities.
She spent over a decade with Bosch, where she held several senior leadership roles, including Vice President HR Transformation & Global Strategy and Vice President International Human Resource Management. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in shaping global HR transformation programs, talent strategies, and leadership development across engineering and mobility businesses.
Before Bosch, she worked with Voith Group, where she held multiple HR leadership roles focused on international assignments, global HR policies, and workforce mobility.
With over two decades of global HR leadership experience, Helena Svensson brings deep expertise in HR transformation, global talent management, and strategic workforce planning, positioning her well to lead Endress+Hauser’s people agenda.
