Stockholm, Sweden, March 2025 – Hilde Jemsby has stepped into the role of Head of People and Organisation, Nordics at StrongPoint, where she will lead people strategy and organizational development across the Nordic region. With deep expertise in talent management, performance strategy, employee engagement, and labor law, she brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to her new position.
Hilde joins StrongPoint after spending over nine years at Electrolux, where she most recently served as HRBP Director for Global Finance, Legal Affairs & Communications. She was a key advisor to senior leaders and oversaw global HR, communications, and change initiatives. Her contributions across multiple HRBP roles at Electrolux underscore her proficiency in business transformation, strategic HR planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Before Electrolux, Hilde was Group HR Director at AniCura, where she led HR strategy and platform development across a fast-growing veterinary care group in the Nordics. She also held leadership roles at Leading Business AB, Arla Foods, and Sun Microsystems, where she served as HR Country Manager for the Nordics, gaining invaluable experience in cultural and legal HR frameworks across the region.
Earlier in her career, Hilde held HR leadership roles at WFI Scandinavia and Telia AB, where she managed international assignments. Her consistent track record in talent strategy, culture change, and HR transformation positions her as a forward-thinking leader well-suited to drive StrongPoint’s Nordic people agenda.
