Chicago, Illinois, United States, December 2025 – Hira Malik has embarked on a new professional journey as Senior HR Business Partner at CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions leader. In this role, Hira will support key business functions with a focus on strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, and organizational alignment to drive growth, engagement, and innovation across the enterprise.
Prior to joining CDW, Hira Malik briefly served as Human Resources Manager at Walgreens, where she provided HR leadership for operational teams and contributed to strategic workforce initiatives during a dynamic transition period.
Before that, she had an impactful tenure of nearly six years at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she served in multiple roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and later as Human Resources Manager. During this time, she partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to lead talent strategy, project management, and organizational development across the business. Her time at Walgreens Boots Alliance marked a period of continuous professional growth and deep exposure to HR analytics, business transformation, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Hira Malik held the role of Senior Advisor at A Place for Mom, where she honed her client relationship and analytical skills, managing lead pipelines, scheduling high-volume calls, and supporting families through major care transitions. Her performance in this people-centric role strengthened her foundation in communication, empathy, and data-driven decision-making.
Hira also spent nearly seven years at Stericycle as an Inside Sales Executive, where she maintained and expanded customer revenue through solution-based selling, conflict resolution, and coordination with multiple departments. This experience enabled her to build a well-rounded approach to stakeholder management and customer-centric business operations.
