Birmingham, England, October 2024 – Hollie Jordan has been appointed as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Ramboll, where she will lead talent acquisition efforts across 35 countries with teams based in the UK, US, and India. In this role, Hollie will oversee global recruitment strategies, drive talent sourcing initiatives, and ensure that Ramboll attracts and retains top talent to support its growth and sustainability goals.
Hollie has been with Ramboll for nearly 7 years, where she has held several key positions in talent acquisition. Prior to her promotion, she served as the Talent Acquisition Lead, Europe, where she was responsible for managing recruitment delivery and talent sourcing across Ramboll’s European markets. Her leadership extended to overseeing the Global Talent Centre in India, which played a crucial role in sourcing talent for the company’s global operations.
Before that, Hollie held the position of Global Talent Sourcing Lead, where she led teams in the UK and US to proactively engage with the external talent market. Her ability to build high-performing talent sourcing teams contributed significantly to the company’s recruitment success globally.
Prior to joining Ramboll, Hollie worked as the Direct Sourcing Lead at Interserve, where she managed direct recruitment strategies. Her early career includes various recruitment consultant roles at Talent International, Berkeley Scott, Adecco UK, and Admiral Group, where she gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and client management across different industries.
