United States, July 2026 — ChangeBridge People Solutions has appointed Margaret (Maggie) Ruvoldt as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner. In her new role, Maggie will help scale the firm’s advisory practice, with a particular focus on the education and EdTech sector, while driving operational excellence and delivering strategic HR and organizational transformation solutions to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in human resources, organizational transformation, talent strategy, and business operations, Margaret (Maggie) Ruvoldt has built a distinguished career helping organizations accelerate business performance through people-centric strategies. Her expertise spans executive leadership, HR transformation, change management, organizational design, and the future of work across healthcare, education technology, venture capital, and professional services.
Prior to joining ChangeBridge People Solutions, Maggie served as Chief Human Resources Officer at LEARN Behavioral, where she partnered with business and clinical leaders to transform the organization’s People function, strengthen employee experience, and align talent strategies with operational and financial goals. She initially joined the organization as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer before being appointed permanently. Alongside this role, she also advised startups and growth-stage companies as Founder of Margaret Ruvoldt, providing fractional CHRO services, executive coaching, and strategic HR consulting.
Earlier, Maggie spent more than 11 years at 2U, one of the leading education technology companies, where she progressed through multiple executive leadership roles including Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President, Business Operations, Chief of Staff to the President, Portfolio General Manager, Executive Vice President Operations, and Executive Vice President Human Resources. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in scaling the business from an early-stage venture-backed company through its IPO, leading global people strategy, organizational transformation, executive operations, and business growth initiatives while building a global HR organization supporting thousands of employees.
Her earlier career includes leadership positions as Senior Director, Human Capital at Sterling, founder of Margaret Ruvoldt Associates, Manager, College Recruiting at Johnson & Johnson, and leadership roles in human resources, recruiting, training, and organizational development at The Princeton Review. She has also remained deeply engaged with the future of work ecosystem through advisory positions with Rebalance Capital, SemperVirens Venture Capital, Transform, Summer, Pinnacle – AI Coaching, and several other emerging technology and HR innovation organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer and Senior Partner, Maggie will help expand ChangeBridge People Solutions’ advisory capabilities, strengthen its consulting practice, and support organizations in achieving measurable business outcomes through modern, scalable HR strategies and organizational transformation.
