New York, United States, August 2024 – Michael Lanni has started his new role as Senior Director, Head of People Experience at Noom. In this position, Michael will lead the strategy and execution of Noom’s People Experience initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the company.
Before this role, Michael served as Director, Head of People Business Partners at Noom, where he led a global team responsible for performance management, talent development, and DEIB functions. His leadership was instrumental in supporting Noom’s business leaders and employees worldwide.
Prior to joining Noom, Michael held the position of Head of People, US at Trustpilot, where he managed the People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development strategies. He also served as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Interim) at Trustpilot, successfully expanding the global talent team.
Earlier in his career, Michael gained significant experience at companies like Shutterstock, where he served as Senior Director, HR Business Partner, and Cognizant, where he was a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner. His career also includes roles at J.P. Morgan and Advantage Resourcing.
