With over a decade of experience in human resources and compensation management, Ignacio is set to lead the HR strategies for the LATAM region, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives.
Ignacio Cavazos has been with Mattel for approximately 8 years and 6 months. In his current role as Sr. Director Human Resources LATAM, he is responsible for overseeing the HR operations in the LATAM region.
