The ability to navigate digital tools and platforms is no longer optional but a necessity in most career paths.

Adaptability and Flexibility The McKinsey Global Institute emphasises the importance of adaptability and flexibility in their report on “The Future of Work.” As industries and job roles evolve, professionals who can quickly adapt to new environments, learn new skills, and embrace change will be highly valued.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are highlighted in the World Economic Forum’s “Future of Jobs Report” as vital for navigating complex challenges in the workplace.
