With a wealth of experience in HR management and development, Anupam brings valuable expertise to the organization, aimed at enhancing the company’s human resources strategies and operations.
Anupam Vishwakarma joins IPOL Lubricants – GP Petroleums Ltd. from Wellness Forever Medicare Limited, where he served as Head HR – Learning and Development. During his tenure, he successfully restructured the Learning & Development function, implemented a robust learning culture, and drove various strategic initiatives that significantly improved the learning index within the organization.
Prior to that, Anupam was the Head HR – Talent Management at Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Co. Limited in Nigeria. In this role, he established the Talent Development function, created and implemented the Talent Management strategy, and led various initiatives to enhance leadership and managerial development within the organization.
Anupam also held the position of Head – Learning & Organization Development at Indira IVF Group, where he led national learning and capability development efforts, worked closely with the CHRO and leadership team, and drove large organization development and transformation initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Anupam held various HR and L&D roles, including HR Lead Global Learning & Development at Suzlon Energy Limited, State Training Head at Reliance Infocomm Limited (Jio), and Co-Founder at Quintessence Learning Solution & Consulting.
