MUMBAI, INDIA — June 2026 — Wizcraft Entertainment Agency Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s most influential experiential marketing and entertainment companies, has appointed Isaac Fernandes as Vice President Human Resources.
Isaac joins Wizcraft with nearly two decades of experience spanning talent management, human resources operations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR transformation across diverse industries.
Prior to joining Wizcraft, Isaac spent almost eleven years with Zee Learn Ltd., where he most recently served as AGM – Talent Management & HR Operations. In this role, he led critical people initiatives covering talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, total rewards strategy, HR operations, people analytics, employer branding, employee engagement, HR digital transformation, compliance, and retention strategies. Earlier, he served as Senior HR Business Partner, playing a key role in strengthening talent management frameworks and enhancing HR process efficiency across the organization.
Before Zee Learn, Isaac worked with Orios Venture Partners as Manager HR, where he managed talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations in the venture capital ecosystem. His experience also includes more than six years in executive search and talent advisory, supporting organizations across private equity, venture capital, technology, e-commerce, banking, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, media, retail, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
Throughout his career, Isaac has built a reputation for establishing new business verticals, driving organizational capability building, creating talent advisory frameworks, implementing HR processes, and delivering high-impact talent acquisition programs. His broad exposure across industries has enabled him to develop a deep understanding of workforce strategy and business-aligned people practices.
Demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and leadership development, Isaac completed the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Delhi-NCR in 2024, after earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
In his new role at Wizcraft, Isaac will lead the company’s people strategy, talent management, leadership development, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation initiatives. His appointment comes at a significant time as Wizcraft continues to expand its footprint across experiential marketing, live entertainment, digital engagement, brand activations, and integrated communication solutions globally.
