Belgrade, Serbia, October 2024 – Ivana Idei Todoric has been appointed as the Group Head of Talent Management and Organization Development at Nelt Group, where she will lead the company’s talent management and organizational development initiatives across its operations in Europe and Africa. With over 6 years of experience at Nelt Group, Ivana has played a key role in aligning talent strategies with the company’s objectives.
Ivana’s journey at Nelt Group started over 6 years ago, where she held the role of Group Head of Talent Management. During this time, she successfully led recruitment processes, oversaw the performance of the recruitment team, and implemented innovative talent development strategies that supported the company’s growth.
Prior to joining Nelt Group, Ivana worked at CTeam d.o.o. as a Senior HR Consultant for nearly 3 years. In this role, she was responsible for leading HR initiatives in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Croatia, where she designed tailor-made HR services and conducted leadership assessments, talent management programs, and training workshops for various industries.
Earlier in her career, Ivana spent over 8 years at HILL International Serbia, where she worked as a Senior Consultant and HR Consultant, specializing in candidate selection, direct search, and competency-based interviews for middle and top management positions. She worked with clients across sectors like pharmaceuticals, IT, and telecommunications.
