Purchase, New York, United States, February 2025 – Teladoc Health has announced the appointment of Jamila Nuruddin Taylor as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In her new role, Taylor will lead the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workforce transformation to support Teladoc Health’s mission of delivering whole-person virtual care.
With over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational transformation, Taylor brings a wealth of expertise in developing people-first cultures and scaling HR functions in high-growth environments.
Before joining Teladoc Health, Jamila Nuruddin Taylor served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Guidehouse, where she played a pivotal role in leading HR strategy, talent transformation, and employee experience for over 18,000 employees worldwide. She was responsible for workforce integration following multiple acquisitions, as well as overseeing global HR operations, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and DE&I initiatives.
Earlier, Taylor served as Partner & Head of HR Operations and Shared Services at Guidehouse, where she designed and led enterprise HR functions, overseeing a global HR team of over 80 professionals. She was instrumental in process optimization, organizational restructuring, and aligning HR strategy with business goals.
Prior to Guidehouse, Taylor held senior leadership roles at CACI International Inc., serving as Vice President of Compensation & People Analytics, where she managed workforce planning, HR analytics, and total rewards strategies for a 24,000-employee organization. She also spearheaded compensation and benefits transformation efforts that enhanced employee engagement and retention.
Her earlier experience includes leadership roles at Harris Corporation, SABIC, and GE, where she led global HR transformation, mergers & acquisitions, workforce development, and leadership training initiatives. Taylor’s experience in scaling HR operations across Fortune 500 companies makes her well-positioned to drive Teladoc Health’s talent and culture strategy forward.
Taylor holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Labor Relations & Human Resources (MLRHR) from Michigan State University School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, where she was a Graduate Academic Scholarship recipient. She has also completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
