Chicago, Illinois, United States, April 2025 – Kristen E. Harder has taken on a new role as Vice President, HR & General Affairs at Blommer Chocolate Company, the largest chocolate manufacturer in North America. In this new capacity, Kristen will oversee strategic HR and administrative functions for the global chocolate giant, with a focus on enhancing employee experience, compliance, and organizational performance.

Kristen has been with Blommer Chocolate Company for over two years, most recently serving as Director, Corporate HR and before that, as Senior HR Manager, Center of Excellence & HR Transformation, where she led pivotal initiatives across HRIS, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, and Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining Blommer, she served as Director of People & Culture at Canton & Company, where she led HR-focused consulting projects for federally qualified healthcare providers, including critical equity studies and workforce management support.

Before that, Kristen led her own HR consulting firm, C2HR (a Division of C3 Advisors, LLC), and served as Principal/HR Consultant at C3 Advisors, LLC, where she provided advisory support to home health and hospice providers for nearly a decade, covering regulatory compliance, audits, and corrective action plans.

Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Innovative Dental Partners, CareVoyant, and served as an HR Strategist for nonprofit organizations via the Taproot Foundation, shaping her broad expertise in compliance, compensation, and people operations.
