Frankfurt, Germany, December 2024 – Jan Imperial has been appointed as the Chief People Officer (CPO) for Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling, a division of the globally renowned Glen Dimplex Group. In this capacity, Jan will lead the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on fostering talent, driving organizational development, and enhancing global workforce engagement to support the division’s innovative precision cooling solutions.
Jan brings over 16 years of diverse HR leadership experience to this role. Prior to this appointment, Jan served as the HR Director at HYFRA Industriekühlanlagen GmbH, a part of Glen Dimplex’s Precision Cooling division, for over two years, where they played a pivotal role in integrating workforce strategies across global operations.
Before joining Glen Dimplex, Jan worked at Kemira Chemicals Germany GmbH, holding senior HR positions such as Sr Manager, HR, Performance & Rewards and Sr Manager, HR, EMEA Central, where they developed and implemented performance management systems and spearheaded regional HR initiatives.
Jan also gained significant experience at Plexus Deutschland GmbH, where they held roles including HR Manager and Sr HR Generalist, contributing to workforce planning and HR operational excellence. Earlier in their career, Jan honed their HR expertise at PerkinElmer Technologies GmbH & Co. KG as an HR Generalist.
