Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States, January 2025 – Jana Hoeker has been promoted to Chief People Officer at Warner Norcross + Judd, a leading corporate law firm with a strong presence throughout Michigan. In her new role, Jana will oversee the firm’s human resources strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives to support the firm’s strategic objectives.
Jana joined Warner Norcross + Judd in September 2019 as Director of Human Resources, where she spearheaded HR strategy and initiatives for over five years, driving improvements in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational culture.

Prior to Warner Norcross + Judd, Jana served as HR Manager at Perkins+Will in Washington, D.C., where she managed HR operations, talent development, and employee relations. She also held the role of HR Manager at Gensler, where she gained extensive experience in supporting HR functions for a large workforce.
Her earlier career includes roles at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP as an HR Assistant and at Clutch Group, LLC, where she progressed from Assistant Operations Manager to Operations Manager, showcasing her expertise in operational management and leadership.
