Zug, Switzerland, March 2025 – Jasper den Ouden has joined medmix as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), bringing with him a wealth of global HR leadership experience and a strong background in HR transformation, workforce planning, and organizational development. Based at medmix’ headquarters in Zug, Switzerland, he will oversee the company’s human capital strategy, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence to drive medmix’ continued success in high-precision delivery devices for healthcare, consumer, and industrial markets.
Before joining medmix, den Ouden was CHRO at SR Technics Group, where he spent nearly six years leading the company’s HR and communication strategies. His tenure was marked by transformational HR leadership, capability-building initiatives, and workforce restructuring, ensuring the company remained competitive in the aviation services sector.
Prior to SR Technics, he held key roles at AkzoNobel, including Strategic HR Director for Powder Coatings & Group Marketing, where he drove commercial transformation efforts and talent strategies in a global manufacturing environment.
Den Ouden also played a pivotal role in Satair (an Airbus company), where he served as Head of HR (CHRO), overseeing merger integration and the establishment of a new global subsidiary for Airbus. His leadership contributed to scaling workforce capabilities in the commercial aerospace aftermarket.
His earlier career includes multiple HR leadership positions at Airbus Helicopters and Airbus, spanning supply chain operations, HR transformation, and strategic workforce planning. Additionally, he held HR consulting and compensation roles at Willis Towers Watson, giving him strong expertise in executive remuneration and talent strategies.
