With extensive experience in HR leadership across technology and healthcare sectors, Jayanth is well-positioned to drive people-centric initiatives and workforce engagement at Qentelli.
Prior to joining Qentelli, Jayanth served as MD & Head – HR at Genera Healthcare LLC, where he played a critical role in organizational transformation, leadership development, and strategic HR initiatives for the healthcare sector. His leadership was instrumental in enhancing HR operations, implementing change management strategies, and improving workforce productivity.
Before Genera Healthcare, Jayanth worked as a Human Resources Consultant, advising organizations on HR transformation, talent acquisition, and executive coaching. His tenure at Napier Healthcare as Head of Human Resources further solidified his expertise in HR leadership, global operations, and talent development.
Jayanth also held key HR leadership roles at Cognizant, DreamWorks Animation (Technicolor), Accenture, and MetLife, where he was responsible for workforce planning, learning & development, and employee engagement strategies. His diverse industry experience in IT, animation, banking, and consulting has provided him with a unique perspective on human capital management and leadership coaching.
