Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Jayesh Jain has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IndoStar, bringing over two decades of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and risk assessment. In his new role, he will lead the company’s financial operations, investor relations, and long-term growth initiatives, ensuring financial efficiency and operational excellence.
Prior to joining IndoStar, Jayesh served as Group CFO at Balancehero India, where he played a key role in business strategy and enterprise risk management. Before that, he was the CFO at Hero FinCorp, where he helped manage an AUM of over INR 400 billion, raised over INR 1 Lakh Crores in debt funding, and strengthened the company’s financial strategy and profitability.
His career also includes leadership roles at PNB Housing Finance Limited, where he spearheaded a highly successful IPO worth INR 3,000 Crores, and at GRUH Finance Ltd., where he led financial reporting, IT infrastructure, and fraud prevention.
A Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Jayesh also holds an advanced certification in Business Strategy from NUS Business School. His deep expertise in financial planning, compliance, and risk management will be instrumental in IndoStar’s growth and expansion.
