Broadview, Illinois, United States, July 2024 – Jayme Miller has taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Pure’s Food Specialties, LLC. Jayme will lead the HR efforts, focusing on strategic direction and operational efficiency, and will work closely with the leadership team to drive innovative HR strategies that support the company’s business goals and enhance organizational culture.

Jayme Miller brings a wealth of experience to Pure’s Food Specialties, having previously served as Senior Director of Human Resources at HolcimUS for over two years. In this role, Jayme led a team of HR professionals managing the needs of the company’s most profitable business segment, with a revenue of $1 billion annually. Jayme’s tenure was marked by strategic HR leadership and significant contributions to business growth.

Before being promoted to Senior Director, Jayme was the Director of Human Resources at Holcim, where Jayme provided strategic direction and tactical implementation for a region of 2,000 employees, spanning corporate and regional offices, sales, manufacturing, and distribution. Jayme partnered with senior executives to address business challenges and recommend creative solutions to support employee growth and business development.

Earlier in Jayme’s career, Jayme was an Adjunct Faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, teaching Strategic Talent Management courses. Jayme also served as an HR Director at Canon Solutions America, leading a team of HR professionals and providing HR guidance for a large regional zone. Additionally, Jayme held the position of HR Director at Pentair Water, where Jayme managed HR operations for multiple facilities across North America, including international responsibilities in Canada and Mexico.

Jayme’s extensive career also includes roles as Human Resources Manager at GBC, where Jayme provided HR support in a non-union, ISO-registered environment, and various other HR positions in leading companies.
