Jeff Rossi joins Edelman Financial Engines with a wealth of experience in learning and development. Most recently, he served as the Vice President, Global Markets Compliance Training at Goldman Sachs for 11 months. In this role, he led the GBM Public training team to manage and assess the global compliance training function, developing a multi-year compliance learning strategy and creating a complete Compliance Training framework to support key regulatory drivers and firm conduct thresholds.

Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jeff was the Director of Talent Development at Santander Bank, N.A. for over 3 years. He was the Talent Development Partner for multiple divisions, leading talent initiatives, performance cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning activities. He also developed a leadership development program for Santander Corporate Investment Bank that significantly improved employee engagement.

Jeff also held the position of VP, Global Compliance & Regulatory Training at Credit Suisse for nearly 3 years. He was responsible for developing and implementing a global compliance training framework, managing training governance, and collaborating globally on compliance training imperatives.

At AIG, Jeff served as the Director of Education and Training for almost 4 years, where he led training strategy and development for various organizational functions, including sales, service, underwriting, and enterprise technology. He played a key role in supporting enterprise-wide transformation strategies.

Jeff’s career also includes his role as Owner and Financial Planner at Peak Wealth Advisors, LLC, where he offered wealth management and financial planning services. Additionally, he has extensive experience from his tenure at TD Ameritrade Institutional as Director of Human Capital Development and Director of Sales Development, and at E*TRADE Financial as Director of Retail Learning.

He began his career at TD Ameritrade where he served in various roles, ultimately leading the global learning and development function and supporting organizational integration and strategy.

Prior to that, he was vice president of R&D, leading all facets of R&D for qPCR, Capillary Electrophoresis, MicroArray and Next Gen Sequencing platforms.
