Jen McGregor has been appointed as the new Director of HR Business Partners at Freshworks. This role marks a pivotal step in her extensive career, which spans over a decade in human resources and strategic leadership across various high-profile companies.
Prior to her current role at Freshworks, McGregor served as the Director of HR Business Partner – Global Field Organization at Guidewire Software. Here, she was instrumental in managing principal human resource business partner roles and leading significant initiatives such as global restructuring and the implementation of performance frameworks across the company’s global operations.
Before Guidewire, Jen was deeply involved in human resources management at Tyler Technologies, where she worked for nearly seven years. During her tenure, she managed HR operations and recruitment, leading major transformations including the transition to a global workforce and the launch of a global New Manager Onboarding Program. Her strategic initiatives were crucial during the company’s shift to cloud-based operations and were widely adopted across various divisions.
Earlier in her career, McGregor honed her skills at major corporations such as WNS Global Services and Huawei, where she undertook roles that shaped her expertise in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and performance management systems.
